Power of the Gospel

The very heart of God is Luke 19:10 – for the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost.”

JESUS did not give an option but a command for every believer to preach (proclaim) the Gospel.

Bible says in Mark 16:15,16 – 15  “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. 16 He who has believed [in Me] and has been baptized will be saved [from the penalty of God’s wrath and judgment];but he who has not believed will be condemned.

You bring joy in heaven when you lead someone to Christ – Luke 15:10 Likewise, I say to you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.

Matthew 10:32 (AMP) “Therefore, the one who [a]confesses and acknowledges Me before men[as Lord and Savior, affirming a state of oneness with Me], that one I will also confess and acknowledge before My Father who is in heaven.

Its a command and a challenge for a child of God to dare to witness about Christ !!! 

You are considered wise when you lead sinners to JESUS.

John 16:9 – Sinners are those who have not believed in JESUS.

Proverbs 11:30  The fruit of the [consistently] righteous is a tree of life, and he who is wise captures and wins souls [for God—he gathers them for eternity].

James 5:20  remember this: Whoever turns a sinner from the error of their way will save them from death and cover over a multitude of sins.

Remember the following as you witness or proclaim the Gospel: 

JESUS is the Savior, and you are only the proclaimer of the Gospel.

JESUS is the only way to Heaven (Eternity)  –  In John 14:6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son (JESUS), that whoever believes in Him (JESUS) should not perish but have everlasting life.

Acts 4:12 Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name (than JESUS) under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.

You will witness as one who has the authority from JESUS (Matthew 28:18-20).
